We recognize the priority of life and health of employees and all stakeholders in relation to the results of production activities. JSC Aurora adheres to the principles of doing business in accordance with international HSE standards and requirements.
We consider Occupational health and safety and Industrial Safety Management System (SUOT and SUPB) as a necessary element of effective management to assure safe production of work and accept obligations to manage the production risks affecting the lives and health of employees, equipment and property.
Risk management
We are constantly working to prevent and minimize the risks of man-made and natural emergencies. Since the level of potential damage directly depends on the speed of decision-making and the correctness of the actions performed, the company annually develops “Plans for the elimination and localization of the consequences of accidents” and conducts planned exercises to develop skills of response in dangerous situations, including with the involvement of emergency services.
